How to use your service?

I made an error during the order, what should I do?

If you notice an error in the order, try to contact us by phone or email as soon as possible.

 

What is included and what is not included in the price of the air ticket?

The flight price displayed as the search result includes flight fare, fees, taxes and duties and other charges (unless specifically stated), but does not include charges for additional services (for example, the charges for baggage not included in the price) and the transaction processing fee for online payments on our website.

 

To compare the offers and their terms, you should go into selected offer by clicking the "Book now" button and examine the list of services included in the price. The structure of the price could be obtained, including the flight fare and taxes / fees along with other add-ons.

 

The transaction processing fee according to the price list is reflected on stage of the checkout. It depends on the type of payment and may have a fixed amount or to be expressed as a percentage of the amount of payment.

 

Airlines at the airport may apply additional taxes and fees, for example, the charges for choice of seat, check-in, etc.

 

Could the ticket price change?

Availability of seats for offered price is limited. The seat for ar a certain flight or any other flight may no longer be available, if the payment is postponed to a later time. Ticket price can change until ticket is not purchased and the payment is made. Price and other terms of the order are not final until the Client has not received a booking confirmation.

 

On what attention should be drawn to before the beginning of the order?

Before booking an air ticket the Agency strongly advises to consult with the following information:

  • Airline's passengers and baggage terms and conditions published on the website of the air carrier.
  • Hand and checked baggage allowance, paying special attention to the allowable baggage size and weight.
  • It is necessary to ensure enough connection time, if the flight is not direct, in view of possible delays and other circumstances, such as the receipt and registration of baggage for the next flight segment. 
  • It is necessary to check wherther the departure airport in the transit destination for non-direct flights coincides with the arrival airport, otherwise the Client / Passenger is obliged to provide a transfer to the airport of departure. 
  • Terms of the purchase, cancellation and change of the air tickets.
  • Additional services that can be chosen before you book an air ticket. 
  • The airline's right to refuse your boarding or transportation, as well as other conditions of air carriers with regards to the rules of conduct on board of the aircraft, the usage of the electronic devices, smoking and alcohol consumption, flight cancellations and  delays, etc.

 

Can we to sit together, if two passengers are listed in the same order?

Airlines for all passengers from one order try to provide nearby seats. However, when you check in shortly before the flight and the number of passengers is large, you can be "scattered" around the aircraft cabin. If you are interested in specific seats, you can order them for a charge.

 

Can I get an invoice?

Invoices you can get by using the self-service tool (see the confirmation letter) or contact us by phone or email.

 

What types of payment are available?

Air tickets can be paid in cashless form only, e.g. bank transfer, payment by VISA or MasterCard, Paysera or via internet banking (bank-link) of Swedbank, SEB Banka, Nordea and Citadele banka. The exact list of available payment methods can be found on the payment stage. Since the air ticket price may change, we recommend that you make the payment as early as possible.

 

What shall I do, if I have not got the e-mail confirmation, but my account has been already charged?

If your account is charged, then the ticket is purchased. If you have not received the notice, check the SPAM folder of your email. If there is not a case, it is possible while completing the application form you have made a mistake by entering an email address. In this case, please contact us by phone or email.
