What is the "Just Fly Baltic"?

This is an online service for the sale of air tickets on the website www.justfly.lv. This website and the related trademark "Just Fly Baltic" is owned by SIA "De Mare Ad Mare Baltic" (the Agency). Website www.justfly.lv is available from the appropriate web address or via the Agency website www.demareadmare.lv or www.demareadmare.eu.

The Client should reach the age of eighteen to have a right to place orders and book services online at www.justfly.lv website. By agreeing the terms and conditions of carriage before booking, the Client confirms his right to use the service as well as his legal capacity, paying capacity and assumes the responsibility for the obligations it has taken as a result of the use of the reservation system.

I have doubts about your service, since I do not understand its nature and the way it works!

Historically air tickets are offered for sale through a global distribution systems (GDS), created by the airlines. The first such system appeared as early as in the 60s of the previous century. Currently, about 70% of all bookings is carried out through Amadeus, Sabre and Galileo / Worldspan systems.

Thanks to the development of Internet and low cost airlines, the sale of air tickets moves to the Internet on a larger scale, as this represents one of the low cost airlines' tactics to reduce costs. However, the offer of the tickets on the airline's website is not the best solution for the connecting passengers. To prevent the loss of the market of airline tickets, the tourism industry, together with the global distribution systems (GDS) developed solutions to make these systems and their advantages available to the individual customers on the Internet.

SIA "De Mare Ad Mare Baltic" is an operator of the Lithuanian company's developed technical platform (system), combining the offers of the different carriers (airlines) from the Amadeus, Galileo and low cost airlines reservation systems. This solution allows you to get attractive price offers and to combine the flights of different airlines, including low cost and traditional airlines.

Our solution is not a consolidator of proposals that compares the offers of the travel agencies and redirects to their websites for booking. It is, on the contrary, a full service allowing to book, pay for and receive electronic tickets to your e-mail address. Regular airline tickets are provided through the intermediation of SIA Eurotravel (registration number 40003495064), which is an accredited IATA agent participating in the settlement system and providing cash payments to airlines and receiving electronic air tickets.

What does an electronic ticket mean?

E-ticket is a record in the airline's computer system about the passanger and flight itinerary. Passenger at his e-mail receives a printout or registration documents (passenger itinerary receipt / bording pass), which contain the same information as a regular ticket. This printout or registration documents, together with a passport, must be presented at the airport at the time of registration.

What is the subject of the contract?

the subject of the contract is as follows:

  • Agency sells, and Client buys air tickets online on the www.justfly.lv website (booking service).
  • Carrier selected by the Client (carriers for a connection flight) provides Clients and / or passengers the transport services on the basis of an e-ticket, which is sent to the Client upon confirmation of booking and payment (transportation service).

Who is the transportation service provider?

Using the online air ticket reservation system at the www.justfly.lv website, the Client concludes a contracts for air transportation services directly with carriers, who are responsible for the provision of services in accordance with the air transportation terms and conditions. Agency is not responsible for the provision of air transportation services, including flight delays, connecting flights possibilities, and other similar circumstances that are associated with weather conditions, airports, etc.

Air transportation terms and conditions are available or directly on the site www.justfly.lv, or by reference to the airline websites. The Client is obliged to get acquainted with these terms and conditions and accept them prior to booking. After accepting these terms and conditions become binding for the Client as an integral part of the contract. For airline the terms and conditions become binding from the booking confirmation issuance.
