How can I file a complaint or a claim? How long do you consider them?
The Agency accepts Clients' complaints only in writing by e-mail info@demareadmare.lv. Please provide your phone number so that we can contact you for further details and other purposes. Complaints and claims are considered in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Latvia. Consideration period is 10 days.
Can I apply to you for help in the case of an accident?
No, the Agency does not accept the application for payment of insurance compensation in case of the insured accident. In these situations, you need to contact the insurance company in accordance with the procedure and timing specified by it.
Agency is not responsible and does not accept complaints and claims with regards to the decisions taken by the insurance companies to pay insurance indemnity or refuse to pay it, as well as with regards to the receipt of applications for the insurance compensation and the course of the consideration od the case.
Is it worth to address you any complaint or claim?
Although we will review and respond to all your complaints and claims, in fact, in very rare cases the question will be within the competence and responsibility of the Agency. As you enter into a contract with the insurance company directly, in most cases when dealing with complaints and claims the Agency will not provide you any communication with the insurance company, you will have to do it yourself. Please assess the real addressee of the complaint or claim before applying to the Agency so that your complaint or claim is considered in optimal terms.
