Is it possible to order and pay for a tour on your website?

Sure! Everything you require for the travel (except for the cases when the trip entry visa is required and it is not possible to arrange it electronically), you can do without leaving your home, office and even a cafe. You only need is an access to our website and e-mail. The necessary travel documents will be sent to your email address.

 

What should I to book a tour?

Ordering procedure is slightly different in respect of the charter and simular tours (the hotel is the principal matter of your choice) and sightseeing tours (the tour itenary is the most important matter of your choice). However, the first thing to do is to choose a tour and a date in our online catalog. 

 

Charter and simular tours

For the charter and similar tours in addition to the date of travel you need to specify the number of travelers, including the number of children and their age. If you have booked the hotels on booking.com, you may find resembling to it the order on our website. Please note every hotel has the right to set their own terms in respect of age, to which the traveler considered as a child. In the resulting lookup table you can choose the appropriate accommodation and food type. On the right side of the screen using the "+" or "-" icon you can select the required number of rooms. Click "Next" button to open the tour reservation contact form.

 

In the first and second paragraphs of this form you will find the details of the selected tour, namely, the selected hotel and description of transport services. In the third paragraph you can select the additional servicesfrom the list. To add a new service click "+ Add additional service" and use a drop-down list, which appears, to select a service. In the fourth paragraph you can specify the number of travelers, who require additional services (there is 1 traveler by default).

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

In the following fields you should specify the information about all the tourists, as well as the contact information of the Client. The phone number and email address are required fields, we ask them to have a possibility to contact you, if there is any need. Fill in the "comments" field, if you have any special requests or questions to us. Travel insurance will be discussed in a separate question. By clicking "Reserve" button you will agree to the terms of the contract and will send a request to us.

 

Sightseeing tours

The reservation contact form for the sightseeing tours in many respects is similar to that previously described, but there are some important peculiarities to note. The required number of travelers you can select in the "Tourists" section by clicking the "Add tourist" button as many times as require. There you can choose an additional seat in the bus (only if the price is indicated near the appropriate check box) for every tourist. thes surcharge for a single room is an additional service that can be selected in the third paragraph of the contact form.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

I made an order. What happens next?

Onse you submit the application, an automatic notification will be sent to your email address. This means your application is registered in our system. If the notification does not come within an hour, it is best to contact us, because, apparently, something went wrong. Do not hesitate to call us or send an email, we are interested to assist you. 


After receiving an application, we consider the data in it, then we check, whether the selected tour is available in the tour operator's reservation system. We may contact you, especially if you have requested a non-standard accommodation in a standard room, as in this case, it may be necessary to discuss with you the possibility of the hotel to provide you with additional beds, as well as the type of it. We will take into account all that you demanden in the comments, however, not always it will be possible to satisfy them. 

We make a reservation in the tour operator's system and wait for the confirmation. Tour operator, based on the information obtained and given their capabilities, confirms the reservation to the Agency within the time specified in the contract with the Agency (usually within 24 hours), but not later than two (2) working days after the receipt of the application.

 

What happens if the booking is not confirmed?

If it is impossible to render tourist services, the tour operator sends to the Agency, and Agency sends to you by e-mail a denial of confirmation as well as offers an alternative service. The alternative proposal expires after 48 hours, if it is not specified otherwises in the e-mail message. After the expiration of this period the alternative service offer expires without any notification from the Agency. 

 

What happens after the reservation is confirmed?

If the tour operator confirms your application in whole or in part (eg, the tour is confirmed as a whole, but some additional requirements for food, accommodation, etc. are not confirmed), the Agency sends to your e-mail address a written confirmation containing a link to the Agency website for completion of the reservation and payment. If payment is made in two installments, the Agency sent to your the said e-mail with a link for each payment.

 

The Agency attach to the e-mail the contract, which is prepared in the tour operator's reservation system ("Contract for the provision of travel services", "Contract for booking of travel services" or another similar name in essence), and terms / conditions, etc., if applicable, as well as invoice.

 

The tour operator ensures exclusively such a scope of services and additional requirements that confirmed to the Agency and specified in a contract attached to the confirmation email. You should carefully check this before agreeing to the terms of the contract, and in case of any inconsistencies or uncertainties to contact the Agency in a timely manner.

 

How can I pay for the services?

You can pay for the services in a cashless form only on the Agency website (transaction processing fee applies) or by bank transfer. However, in both cases you shell pass on the link of the confirmation email to accept the terms of the contract on the Agency's website using the automated tools. Only in this case the contract will be in force and you will be able to obtain the necessary travel documents.

 

At the Agency website you can make a payment by VISA and MasterCard payment cards, as well as via the Internet bank (bank-link) of Swedbank, Nordea, Citadele and SEB banka.

 

What documents entitle to receive services?

After the full payment of services is made, your will get to your e-mail a document, which entitles you to receive the tourism services. The form of the document may vary depending on the tour and the tour operator. This can be a voucher, a booking confirmation, a contract with the attached program or other similar document. Please follow the instructions you will get along with document. Usually you will need to print a document in a number of copies as specified in the attached letter or document.

 

At its sole discretion the Agency shall set a period in which the document entitling you to receive the tourism services is transferred to you, but not later the starting day of the trip. The Agency reserves the right not to transfer the above document while a full payment of tourist services is not received.

 

Can I order a travel insurance?

In the tour reservation contact form on the website you will have the opportunity to buy the travel insurance online for an extra charge. To do it, you should tick the checkbox as shown below.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Once we confirm your reservation as described above and you follow the payment link attached to the confirmation email, the window will open where you will be given an opportunity to choose an insurance company, arrange and pay for an insurance online.
